Cubisol’s mandate is to invest in high quality retail centres which are strategically placed within their catchment area. The strength of the catchment area is also critically evaluated before an asset is added to the portfolio to ensure that trading densities within the portfolio are strong.Over the years, Cubisol has nurtured a strong capability of managing and developing retail centres in townships as we believe that there is significant untapped potential in these areas.
